Sewer and Drain Cleaning

Sewer Service

Main line backing up, slow drains all through the house, or sewage where it does not belong - we locate the blockage or break and clear it out.  If the pipe itself is shot, we will tell you straight and show you why.

Two-Year Guarantee:  We will clean the drain we cleared once free if it blocks again within two years. 

Drain Cleaning

Kitchen sinks, tubs, showers, and floor drains.  Grease, hair, roots, you name it - if it is clogging your line, we have cleared it before. No guessing, no half-fixes that clog again next month.

Water Heaters Tank and Tankless, Service and Installation

We service and install tank water heaters and tankless water heaters.  Pilot out, water lukewarm, leaking, or a unit making noises it should not make?  We repair what can be repaired honestly.  When a unit is at the end of life, we will say so and quote a replacement - tank or tankless - with no pressure. 

General Plumbing

Leaks, dripping faucets, running toilets, burst pipes sump pumps, and fixture work, even the small jobs other shops will not bother with.  If water runs through it, we work on it. 

Backflow Prevention Device (RPZ) - Testing, Certification, Installation, and Repair

We test, certify, install and repair backflow prevention devices (RPZ), and submit the required paperwork to the city. Backflow preventers keep contaminated water from flowing back into your drinking water supply.  Need your device tested and certified, a new one installed or an existing one repaired? Call us.
